This website provides some typical examples of work I do. Whatever the design, whoever the architect, I have delivered a quality product time after time whether old rehab or new addition.

To blend in the new by matching the old detail precisely, you have to know the details well enough to get them to 'proportion' correctly and that is my specialty. I also review plans to control construction costs which stretches your design dollars. This translates to how other construction trades love to work in my jobsites because I plan ahead for their contracts to go smoothly and on time. And, by the way, I don't mark up my subcontractors.
